fit for life fitness center is a facility built around our members. We provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for men and women of all fitness levels. Our friendly staff will be happy to guide you through the gym and explain our memberships to you.

We are a fitness center located in Cranford, New Jersey featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment, treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers and stair masters along with the latest strength training equipment. Our center also offers a full complement of group exercise classes such as spinning, awesome abs, floor mat pilates, cardio kickboxing and more.
