Also available are our no-commitment and 3 month membership plans. A Fit For Life team member will take their time while explaining each and every option available to you to ensure you choose the plan best suited for you.
Located in the beautiful suburb of Cranford, NJ, fit for life boasts three spacious levels for training and over 60 pieces of state-of-the-art cardio machines including ellipticals, treadmills and steppers. A variety of exercise bikes are available as well.
As an effective alternative to weight training and traditional cardio training, Fit for Life offers the largest selection of group exercise classes in the area. Choose from classics such as Yoga, Pilates and Boot Camp or try out some FFL originals like Circuit Insanity, Buns, Hips & Thighs or Swift Kick! While you’re at it, join in on the hottest dance party around; Zumba! Now offered four times a week!
Personal training is also available with an array of different packages ranging from one on one private sessions to small group training. Our staff boasts some of the most experienced trainers in the business and we encourage all our members to take advantage of a free goal assessment and workout with a certified trainer of their choice!
